UV FLUORESCENT DETECTION

Real bill under ultraviolet rays usually absorb the UV light and will show special marks

made with fluorescent ink. On the other hand, most counterfeit bills reflect the UV light

and a sensor on this unit will activate a sonic alarm.

To use this function

1.Press the "Ultraviolet"button.

2. Adjust the Fluorescent Sensitivity Adjuster until the red LED light above the adjuster

turns on.

3.Place the suspected bill.credit card, or traveler's chepues.

If the some alarm soumds the bill is suspected.In the event that the bill is genuine there

should be no sound, and you will be able to observe special fluorescent

marks and lines on it.The same will apply to special to speceal documents.

MAGNETISM DETECTION

Many bills,such as U.S.Dollar,Sterling Pounds,Italian Liras,etc,as well as traveler's

cheques and credit cards,use magnetic ink as security against counterfeiters.

To use this function

1.Press the "Magnetism"button.

2.Rub the magnetic areas of the bills against the magnetic head of the Multi-Functions Counterfeit Detector

3.The"Magnet Indicator" will light up indicating that there is magnetism in that specific area.
